Azure Bot Development Guide

I'm looking for an experienced Azure developer to guide me through creating a text-based chat bot using Azure Functions. I am after someone who has used the Azure BOT resource before and can show me over Teams/Zoom how to configure the App Registration, Azure BOT and Python based Azure Function app so i can ask a question in the Azure BOT Web BOT test and get a pre-canned response written in the python code.
