Azure Auth API in Python

I'm currently in need of a skilled freelancer to develop an Azure Active Directory Authentication verification API tailored for a web application that potentially incorporates multi-factor authentication (MFA). The API should be built using Python.
Basically what I’m looking to be able to do is pass a username and password combination from an external location to a service hosted inside azure to have it authenticate against azure active directly office 365 securely.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Python, with experience in API development.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and OAuth protocols.
- Must understand the web application integration process with Azure AD.
- Ability to advise on and implement MFA within the API as needed.
- Previous experience with security protocols and best practices.
