Aws configuration, setup

i am Running some python scripts on as. Have also got free limit for them from aws. Ned to setup all. want to know and See how ram is used and cpu because sometimes python script crashes. Also needs to configure Load Balancer (Auto Scaling) + Code Pipeline for our application.
