Avatar videocall simulator

I need to build a "videocall simulator" to allow people videocall an AI avatar; an LLM (already in place) generate a text, and an avatar should "say" it in semi-rel-time using a minimum of body language (deepfake's vid-to-vid or similar) and **hi-end** lip-sync.
