Autonomous Indoor Navigation Solution for Home in ROS2
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for a talented professional who can develop an autonomous indoor navigation solution for my home that does not rely on AMCL for localization. The primary goal of this system is not specified, although I am open to suggestions for how it could be used.
Key Requirements:
- The system must be able to navigate autonomously within a home environment and reach specific goal locations
- The navigation solution should not use AMCL for localization.
- The system should be based on laser scan and odometry data for accurate and reliable navigation.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
-ROS2/Ubuntu 22
- Proven experience in robotics and autonomous navigation systems development
- Strong knowledge of laser scan and odometry data processing
- Ability to create a reliable localization system without the use of AMCL or slam_toolbox for localization as they are not accurate in my testings
- Familiarity with home automation or similar applications would be beneficial
