Automatización de citas por medio de un chat bot

I need to automate through ZAPIER OR MAKER that complies with the following:
That an AI bot has communication with clients who want to make appointments for consultation.
That this bot orders the appointments, according to the specialty and the time, the day, the availability of the assigned doctor and other parameters that are assigned.
That the bot has the option to cancel appointments and notify patients by email who have previously shown interest in making an appointment that same day.
That the appointment information is sent daily to the doctors by email.
The email must contain information about the patient, the time they will attend, the reason for the consultation and all the extra documentation that needs to be added.
All of this has to come out through communication with the bot.
Take the following into account: All automation will be carried out in my ZAP or Maker account and will be managed from there, all information will be sent and managed in Spanish

It is a company of 4 doctors each with different specialties and schedules, what needs to be done is a scheduling system, which allows people to automatically schedule their appointments and at the end of the day they have all the information in their email to attend to the clients.
