Automation to Send Discord channel messages to HTTP Request or forward to Telegram group

I have a requirement to forward Discord channel messages. I am part of the Discord server, but not admin on that server.
1. When a message is posted in the Discord channel, I want the message to be automatically sent to an HTTP Post Request. (or)
2. When a message is posted in the Discord channel, I want the message to be automatically forwarded to the Telegram group.
