Automation Project in Phyton

I am looking for a Python developer to help me with an automation project focused on report generation.

Specific requirements include:
- Automating the process of generating reports ( download a file from a system, apply some filters and give it some specific format)
- Utilizing a provided template for the layout and format of the reports
- Send by email the final version of the format to specifi list of emails

Ideal skills and experience for this project:
