Automation Developer with AI Integrations

Technical Requirements – Software Developer (Automation & AI Integrations)
Role Overview
We’re seeking a technically strong, self-driven Software Developer to support and enhance no-code/low-code automation solutions using platforms like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and custom API integrations. You’ll work closely with our automation engineer on real-world projects for international clients across industries such as real estate, e-commerce, SaaS, and healthcare.

Core Technical Skills
Required
Proficiency in JavaScript or Python (used in webhooks, API requests, and custom code modules)

Understanding of HTTP requests, OAuth, JSON, and REST APIs

Experience with web scraping using tools like Puppeteer, Cheerio, or Playwright

Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets API, and related automation

Basic knowledge of the OpenAI GPT API, prompt engineering, and structured messaging

Experience with Make.com, n8n, or Zapier is preferred but not required — these tools can be learned during projects

Nice to Have
Familiarity with Gmail/Outlook APIs, Zoho, GoHighLevel, or Monday.com

Experience with webhooks, cron jobs, or headless browsers

Ability to handle rate limits, pagination, and data cleaning

Exposure to RAG pipelines or AI-driven summarization/classification

Key Responsibilities
Build and debug automation workflows in Make.com and n8n

Write lightweight JavaScript/Python scripts for custom logic and API calls

Connect with third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, Salesforce, AroFlo)

Perform web scraping and content extraction across multiple websites

Design AI workflows for summarization, sentiment tagging, and email generation

Write clean, maintainable code for internal tools and automations

Collaborate via Slack/Zoom and document processes clearly in Notion or Google Docs

Logistics
Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred)

Availability: Minimum 20 hours/week
