Automating a given process & expert in cloud flare security

There is a website that is used for booking appointments. The time for opening slot is not fixed. It can open at any time, may be in a day or two days or sometimes in a week. The timing is also not fixed. It can open anytime within 24 ours. What is needed is an automated bot that crawl all the time on website and once the slot opens, it should book appointment automatically without any manual process.
There is also cloudflare protection in the website . You need to have deep knowledge about clooudflare protection & you should be able to run script on the server level.

Note- This is a long term project. If the work is completed satisfactorily I can hire him/her on monthly basis too. I need only sincere freelancers & they should complete the work in 3-4 days. kindly contact only if you meet the required skill.
