Automatically name and sort PDF files based on their content

It is nearly a full time job manually naming and filing PDF documents after scanning. I would like to automate this task. I have very little programming experience, and so far I have looked at power automate, python (pypdf2 libraries) and microsoft form recognizer. In over my head. I would prefer to use Power Automate, but if you have a better idea, I'm willing to give anything a try!
