Automatic Trading API Infrastructure
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for someone that can transfer my VBA based algo trading infrastructure into API.
Prior knowledge is required. The instruction and interface is in Excel, currently VBA is used to send orders at specified time of the day.
The API infrastructure should: read quotes from the broker, send orders at specified time of the day, cancel orders that have not been filled by the end of the day.

The code generated should be easy to read and open source; I am a programmer myself.
Please note that on my laptop I have python constantly running through Visual Studio. Anything that will be developed should run on another software. The two things must run in parallel.
