Automated trading platform

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an automated trading platform for stocks. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Proficient in Python programming language
- Knowledge in Machine Learning Algorithms
- Familiarity with stock trading strategies and market analysis

The platform should be able to:

- Connect to various stock exchanges and trading platforms
- Implement complex trading strategies using Machine Learning Algorithms
- Provide real-time data analysis and reporting
- Have a user-friendly interface for managing trades and portfolios
- it must be able to let me change the trading criteria on the fly and trade automatically
- it must also have a area to analysis a given stock and be able to test our parameters according to history

Basically, I want a software to be able to monitor a stock for eg. google and trade for me automatically via a criteria
