Automated “one-click” letter with postal code lookup

I am looking for someone to create a code that will enable anyone in Canada to submit a pre-crafted letter to their local Member of Parliament (“MP”). The code will need to look up an MP‘s email address (this searchable postal code lookup content is available on a public government website: https://www.ourcommons.ca/members/en) and allow senders to submit their letter with “one click”. I am hoping this work can be done as soon as possible.
