Automated Video Generation Pipeline Development

We are looking for a Python developer to create an automated video generation pipeline.

Project Overview:
Input: Google Sheet with columns for Title, Article, and Image URL

Output: An MP4 video file with:

Voiceover generated from the Article text using Microsoft Azure Text-to-Speech

Background image sourced from the provided Image URL

Title text displayed at the start or overlaid

Video Generation: Built using Python (libraries like MoviePy or others)

Hosting: The script and generated videos will be hosted on ShockHosting.com (cPanel or VPS access provided)

Webhook Integration: After a new video is created, send a webhook POST request containing:

The MP4 video URL

The Title

Requirements:
Strong Python scripting experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure TTS API

Experience with video generation libraries like MoviePy, OpenCV, or FFmpeg

Ability to read from Google Sheets API

Experience in setting up scripts on shared hosting/VPS (ShockHosting)

Webhook setup to send video data to a predefined endpoint

Deliverables:
Fully functional Python script

Documentation for deploying and running on ShockHosting
