Automated Test Date Scanner

I'm looking for a coder to create a program that will log into my driving school's website, scan for cancelled test dates, and alert me when one is found.

Key Requirements:
- The program should allow me to manually change search dates on a weekly basis.
- Ideally, it will be coded in a user-friendly language or framework, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- I would like to discuss the best alert system for when a test is found - potential options could include email, SMS, or a popup notification.
