Automated MS Teams Scheduling Tool Development

My requirement revolves around the development of an automated Microsoft Teams scheduling tool. This tool must be capable of creating new Microsoft Teams meeting every 24 hours; the exact time of creation can vary within a 24 hour period. The other key feature of this tool is to send email invitations via Microsoft Outlook. The coder need to login to my pc to run this code and proof it.
The coding aspect should be performed on my PC, which runs on the Windows Operating System and the script should be written in Python.
Key skills and experiences essential for this task involves:
- Proficiency in Python. Familiarity with the Microsoft Teams and Outlook APIs would be advantageous.
