Automated Stock & Commodity Scanner , Filter and Tracking as well .

I'm looking for a developer to create an automated system that scans Indian stock market and commodities scripts. The system should:

- Perform custom mathematical functions based on my conditions
- Identify eligible scripts based on price movements
- Provide real-time tracking of these scripts and alerts on conditions fulfilment

Requirements:
- Can be coded in any language/platform (as long as it supports Windows)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in financial market tools
- Strong coding skills in multiple languages
- Familiarity with automation and real-time data processing
