Automated PDF Processing & Email Sending (Python)

Project Overview:
We need a Python-based script that can automatically extract email addresses from PDFs and send the document to the extracted email. The solution should be efficient, scalable, and easy to use.
Key Requirements:
✅ Extract email addresses from a given PDF file
✅ Send the PDF as an email attachment to the extracted address
✅ Use an SMTP server (Outlook) for sending emails
✅ Log processed files and sent emails (CSV, database, or simple text log)
Technical Details:
Programming Language: Python
PDF Parsing: PyPDF2, pdfplumber, or pdfminer.six
Email Extraction: Regular expressions (re module)
Email Sending: smtplib or yagmail
Logging: Store processed files and sent emails in a log file or simple database (SQLite is fine)
Optional Features:
GUI (simple interface with tkinter or Flask for web-based usage)
Batch processing of multiple PDFs
Error handling and email sending failure logging
Deliverables:
Fully functional Python script
Well-documented code and installation guide
