Automated PDF Offer Generator for Windows and Doors Retailer

I am a windows and doors reseller based in Germany. My manufacturer provides me with offer documents in PDF format. Currently, I manually edit these PDFs to create my own branded offers by adding my company logo, custom pricing, offer number, and other elements. This process is time-consuming and inefficient.
I am looking for a freelancer to develop a tool (preferably in Python, HTML/JS, or another suitable technology) that can automate this process.
Key Requirements:
The tool should open a PDF offer from my manufacturer and extract the relevant content (images, product positions, descriptions, etc.).
It should automatically generate a new PDF with:
My company logo
Current date
Custom offer number
My own pricing (manually entered or calculated, if possible)
The structure of the offer remains mostly the same each time, but the content (number of positions, images, product descriptions) will vary with each project.
There should also be an option to manually edit or add new product positions within the tool before generating the final offer PDF.
The final output should look like a professional offer document that I can send to my customers.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with PDF manipulation (e.g. PyPDF2, PDFPlumber, FPDF, ReportLab, or similar libraries)
Strong skills in automation/scripting
Ability to build a clean and user-friendly interface (web-based or desktop)
I can provide sample manufacturer PDFs and an example of how my final offer should look.
