Automated Liquidity Balancing on Raydium & Cetus

I'm seeking a professional with expertise in decentralized exchanges, particularly Raydium and Cetus, to assist with automated liquidity provision.
Key Requirements:
- You'll help set up basic rule-based automation for liquidity provision.
- Experience with DEX and understanding of liquidity pools is crucial.
- Prior work with Raydium and Cetus will be highly regarded.
Requirement:
1. Connect to the wallet
2. Create a new position on specific pair type (adjustable in the code)
3. Make the price range 5% higher and lower than current pair price
4. If the price of the pair 20% near the edge of our range, rebalance the position to make it 50/50% of the current price
5. If the distribution ratio of the pair is 80/20%, rebalance the position to make it 50/50% of the volume between the pair
