Automated Day Trading with Python

I'm seeking a Python programmer to help me automate day trading in the Indian stock market through Finvasia Shoonya.

Overall Settings:
Broker - Shoonya
RSI - 7
Timeframe - 3 minutes
PE: ATM + 1
CE: ATM - 1
Quantity: 75
Script: Nifty 50
If Total MTM < -3600 THEN STOP Trading
IF Total MTM > 1000, THEN Lock profit of Rs. 250
Strategy Time: 9:16 am to 3:15 pm

Scenario 1:

If Put RSI <= 30
THEN Buy Put with Target of 15% and SL of 10%
If SL Hit then
Buy Call with Target of 15% and SL of 10%
If SL Hit then Stop Scenario 1
If Target Hit then
Buy Put with Target of 15% and SL of 8%
If SL Hit then Stop Scenario 1
If Target Hit then Stop Scenario 1
If Target Hit then
Buy Call with Target of 12% and SL of 8%
If Target hit then
Buy Put with target of 15% and SL of 10%
If SL Hit then Stop Scenario 1
If Target Hit then Stop Scenario 1
If SL Hit then Stop Scenario 1

Scenario 2:

If Put RSI >= 65
THEN buy Call with target of 12% and SL of 8%
If SL hit Then Stop Scenario 2
If Target hit then
Buy Call with target of 12% and SL of 8%
If SL Hit then Stop Scenario 2
If Target Hit then Stop Scenario 2

Run Scenario 1 and 2 simultaneously on Put, If any scenario is active and position is active, then go to scenario monitoring, until that particular scenario is exited and stopped. Once the activated scenario is stopped, again run the complete code from beginning.

Apart from the above, telegram notifications, logger file and net pnl csv file is also required. Existing python script will be provided where you just need to copy paste and merge the details.
