I'm in need of an experienced Python developer to create a program which fetches and downloads daily reports from the NSE website. The program should effectively organize these reports into folders by date and month for ease of access.
Key project requirements:
- Handling Duplicates: Any duplicate reports should simply be renamed, ensuring no data is lost or overwritten.
- Report Format: The reports should be delivered in CSV format, validated for consistency.
- Error Handling: If a report fails to download, the program should attempt to redownload it.
