Automated Closet and Kitchen Design Software Based on Room Dimensions

Description:
We need to develop a software application that automatically generates design options for organized closets and kitchens based on the room dimensions (length and width) and shape provided by the user.
Requirements:
User Interface:
User should be able to input room measurements (length and width) in feet or meters.
User should be able to select the room shape (rectangular, L-shaped, etc.).
Optionally, fields to input additional details like doors, windows, protrusions, etc.
Calculations and Constraints:
Define standard rules for closet and kitchen design (minimum space for doors, hanging rod heights, shelf depths, etc.).
Calculate the available area for the closet/kitchen after subtracting spaces occupied by doors, windows, etc.
Design Algorithm:
Generate different layouts for closets and outdoor kitchens within the available area.
Take into account the room shape and defined constraints.
Suggested strategies: divide into sections, maximize space utilization, allow for L or U-shaped designs, etc.
Visual Representation:
Use a graphics library to visually display the different designs generated.
Show each design with dimensions, hanging rods, shelves, drawers, appliance placements, etc.
Basic 2D and/or 3D visualizations.
User Interaction:
Allow the user to navigate through the generated design options.
Functions for the user to select their preferred option and customize details (optional).
Materials and Cost Estimation:
Display a chart/list of materials needed for the selected design (e.g., wood, hardware, appliances).
Provide a total cost estimate based on the materials required.
Export/Save:
Export the selected design to an image or PDF format.
Optionally, allow saving the design data.
Technical Requirements:
Programming Language: Python, Java, C++ or other as recommended by the freelancer.
Graphics and UI libraries recommended by the freelancer.
Deliverables:
Complete and documented source code.
Application executable for Windows/Mac/Linux.
Brief user manual.
