Automate the Process of betting (Sports) with Selenium

Hello,
We are looking for a developer with experience in web automation , Selenium and in sports betting.
We want to create a program that will use Betburger's API to filter out surebets - ''possible'' bets. Then the programmshould be able to determine the viability of a given signal (from Betburgers API) by comparing the given data with the preferred bookmaker's data ( we can give you guidelines for that).
After the program compares the data it should categorize a given signal as ''good'' or ''bad''.
Then we would like the program to :
1. Send the ''good' signals in text
2. Execute the signals on a preferred Bkmaker
PS: We are not extremely familiar with programming and we have not yet used Betburger's API since this option is relative new. We would like your insights as well of how we can make the project possible
