Automate product uploading for Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace and Ebay

I need an automated process that would scrape data/info and photos from existing product ads on my ecommerce site and then upload duplicate ads on to Gumtree Australia, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

Will need to be able to:
- Run frequently, sometimes over 50 new ads are posted daily
- Work on a wide variety of product categories
- Auto-select the category on each platform based on category on original website.
- Add platform specific titles & descriptions
- Handle Captcha's in upload process
- Upload the ads to existing accounts on all platforms

Features that would be highly beneficial:
- Detect when ad has been removed from source website and delete ads on all 3 platforms
- Detect changes in price/description/photos and automatically update on all 3 platforms
- Delete and repost ad after specified period of time to bump up to top of search results

Any additional requirements to be discussed

Don't mind how is implemented (python, php, csv, power automate etc.) but it will not always be managed by myself and may be managed by non-tech savvy people.
