Automate an intraday trading strategy

I need someone who can automate an intraday trading strategy for Indian Stock market to be traded in Zerodha or Fyers platform. Here is a brief description of it; I will share finer details once a devloper is shortlisted :
a. The strategy is on 1 min timeframe for cash segment only.
b. A scanner scans for the stocks that conform to a pattern ( I have the scanner in Chartink and data can be fetched through Chartink webhook directly, or the developer can chose to write their own scanner. I will provide the complete logic and criteria).
c. The shortlisted stocks are observed for "X" minutes to confirm to the pattern.
d. If the pattern is confirmed anytimes after "X" minutes, the SL and Target is computed and stock is traded.
e. If the pattern is broken within "X" minutes, the stock is invalidated.

I don't need a fancy looking UI, I can very well work with a basic frontend or even a Text file where properties can be configured.
