Automate google takeout location history download for a website

I'm developing a website that will process user's Google Location History to provide the user with useful information. Asking the user to go through many steps to download this file is not ideal. I need someone to develop code / a method that will (with the user's permission and google login information) will download their location history file from Google takeout and place the file on the web server, where is can be processed. My website is being developed in Django, so Python. But anything that gets the job done is fine.
