Automate Python Stock Trading Bot

I'm looking to develop a Python Telegram bot integrated with Tradier API that will focus primarily on handling buy and sell stock orders for publicly traded stocks. The execution of these orders will be initiated by me manually.

Essential requirements for the project:

- Ability to place buy and sell orders through Telegram bot commands.
- Work with publicly traded stocks on major stock exchanges.
