Automate Form Filling on a Website - Python Preferred

I would like to automate form filling test for a website.

Here is the website:

I would like to receive a python script (or any other solution) that does the following:
1- Fill in first name
2- Click on the first check box
3- Fill in the rest of the data from dropdowns
4- That's it. You can ignore the captcha

Note: the website uses iframes for its form and lazy loading.
