Auto-type in Python

I need an automatic Typer written in python. the python or typescript (python preferred) should read a file (ps1, py, txt, JSON, js) and automatically write it where the cursor is. the script must exactly replicate the file (spaces, tabs, enters) and must be able to regulate the speed of the typer.
Unfortunately, this is a fixed price, with no option to increase the budget.
