Auto Posting to Web2 & Profile Backlinks - Selenium Puppeteer Python C# !!

I need ideas and to brainstorm with you. This is a general overview, little details are not included here.

Part 1:
a. I want ability to record myself registering for a web 2.0 site.
b. record myself posting content
c. creating a backlink to a desired backlink.
d. each step by step will be displayed in a editor of some kind.

Part 2:
Once I get quite a few website recorded.
a. I want ability to play make a list of URL it will use as back links
b. Specify folder for titles (1 text file, each line is a title)
c. Subfolder where the title is at, there will be the content, each txt file is a 500-800 word content.
d. I hit start, it will start posting to each of the recorded site.
e. if any website change their website layout, I can easily re-record that part.

Technology to use:
* Selenium?
* puppeteer headless?
