Auto Employee Scheduler -- 2

I have some code for a employee Scheduler that I tried to make but I wasn't able to complete it, however I do want to keep my interface the same. So I would like a freelancer to make change to my code ideally using linear programming to automate the generation of the timetable. This must be done in Python.
