Auto Employee Scheduler

I want to create a Automatic employee scheduler that can take in a number of constraints and produce an optimum timetable. I already have some code with a login system for the admin and the employees, and I want someone that can edit the code so that employees can enter their availability, skills and preferred working hours and the admin should be able to enter in shift information, including the start and end times, the number of employees needed, and any requirements for the shift. Most likely a scheduling algorithm like linear programming or a genetic algorithm will be needed. So if you can edit my code to complete this then message me.
