Auto Create Google Sites

I have a similar software that takes my progenerated content, title, etc. and it create hundreds of multi page html sites that I can upload to web hosting.

I want to make a similar software for Google sites. Look at screenshot above. Software will go onto google sites, make homepage with the same content I premade, create h1, h2, map embed, and content onto the page. Then proceed with 30-100+ subpages, it will also use my content, create h1, h2, etc..
* Selenium?
* puppeteer headless?
