Audio to PDF Converter Application

I'm seeking a proficient Python developer with experience in Flutter for my project's frontend - we're converting audio files into PDF format, with Gujarati language a key aspect. The audio files will be provided in both mp3 and m4a formats, each ranging from 5 minutes to almost 2 hours long.

Essential Requirements:

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, our selected cloud service provider for this project.
- Ability to handle audio-to-PDF conversion in both mp3 or m4a formats.
- Aiding in creating a text-searchable PDF as a result of the conversion process.
- Additionally, submit the text to elastic search database to make the text searchable database for future use. (PDF is minimal required and this is an optional requirement)
- Google cloud / azure / aws can be utilized.
- Proficiency existing in Gujarati language conversion.
- If you like to develop backend only then is also okay.

Preferred Skills:

- Comfortable around Python and Flutter
- Background in audio and text conversion
- Proficient in utilizing Google Cloud services.
