Assist in completion of a Flask+Vue project

We are developing a prototype application. The app will gather data from a variety of sources and will display a dashboard where the user can see the data. Then, the user may schedule changes that they'd like to make to the data and when they are ready, they can start a task which goes to each data source and makes the changes. The dashboard is built in Vue, and the back-end is built with Flask. The logic for collecting and altering data sources may be handled by our senior team, however we need some junior-level help organizing the Flask back-end which runs the tasks, persists data, and communicates with the Vue dashboard. We are interested in native app solutions such as PWA and/or Electron. It is a plus if you have a background in health care. You will be working in a very small team with a product owner and an architect/developer.
