Artistic style transfer on images using convolutional neural network

Hello, my name is Yann and I am looking for a freelancer that can utilise a convolutional neural network to transfer and transform images into an abstract style in JPEG format with medium level of detail. My hope is to create artistic style transfer on images using convolutional neural network, what I need is to make the system separate and recombines the content and style of arbitrary images, providing artistic image creation. .
