ArcGIS Pro Spatialite Conversion

I am looking for a professional who is experienced in working with spatialite and Arc Pro. I have two databases one exported as SPATIALITE and one exported as ST_GEOMETRY.
I am looking for a way to easily convert the Shape column of each table to standard WKB so I can load them into my application. I have been unable to Identify the format they are using so python or node can convert the binary to WKB or WKT.
I don't care if you use Python or node to handle the conversion.
