Arabic Python PDF Financial Analyzer (Jordan/Egypt Developers Only)

tool with the following features:

Scope of Work:

Read and parse financial statements in PDF format (Arabic & English).

Extract key financial items: Revenues, Expenses, Net Income, Assets, Liabilities, Equity.

Compute main ratios: Profit Margin, Liquidity, ROE, ROA, Debt-to-Equity.

Generate a structured Excel report with tables and charts.

Mandatory integration with OpenAI API (or equivalent) to produce narrative financial analysis in Arabic (and optionally English).

Provide a simple user interface (Streamlit or Web App).

Work can be remote or on-site in Kuwait (work visa can be arranged).

Requirements:

Strong Python skills (pandas, pdfplumber/PyPDF, OCR if needed).

Experience with Streamlit or Flask/Django for UI.

Familiarity with accounting/financial analysis.

Proven experience with OpenAI API integration.

Arabic fluency is required.
