App for pricing for real estate - Python backend / Web front end - Full Project 30 days

We are looking for a Developer Guru/Team. You must have experience with python and automating web searches.
You will build a system for a user to login, enter a time frame (specific day or 7, 15, 30 day period) search area by zip code (and radius by distance in miles), enter search criteria for real estate (1 bedroom, pool, etc.) and get the Average price (listed and booked) and details for current pricing information.
This should easily allow the user to compare nightly rates across time.
Pricing should be updatable by a simple refresh button
