App Python on Google Cloud transfer to another Google CLoud Account

I am looking for a skilled technical freelancer to help transfer an app created in Python from my current Google Cloud account to a new one. The app is currently in a running smoothly state in the original account. I am open to minor improvements to the app during transfer, but there is no requirement for major changes. Time is of the essence, and I need the transfer completed as soon as possible.
