Api using docker kubernetes

I am looking for a experienced resource who is well versed with Docker and Kubernetes and implement an Api connect to Mongo and Oracle to read and write data.
1. Application Api can be developed using NodeJs or Python Flask.
2. Multiple Docker instances needs to be spinned up.
3. When the Api is invoked if the requests are more it should Automatically create additional instance.
4. Api should be writing the instance host name along with the request to the database.
5. Single Api can write to both Mongo and Oracle or it could be different Apis.
