Apache Webserver redirection and Python Flash app Debug for MS Azure Bot

I am working on Azure MS Bot application.I have an Apache web server on Server 1 and an Application Server on Server 2. I have configured apache webserver and Python Flash app where the Pyhton Bot application is running. I am able to hit the Apache Application server but the My python bot application is not responding to the query.

I need help to debug and fix these issues.
