Apache Superset GraphQL Adapter Development

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Software Developer to develop a GraphQL adapter for Apache Superset using the Shillelagh library. The goal is to enable Apache Superset to directly connect to and pull data from a GraphQL API (we will provide the GraphQL schema that the adapter needs to support), leveraging GraphQL's introspection capabilities. Responsibilities:
1) Provide a bespoke GraphQL adapter for Apache Superset, ensuring it can dynamically introspect the provided GraphQL schema and translate SQL queries into GraphQL queries.
2) Implement logic to handle both Relay-style connections and standard GraphQL schemas, including advanced query translation for filtering, sorting, and pagination.
3) Map GraphQL responses to a format that can be consumed by Apache Superset, ensuring data integrity and compatibility.
4) Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to validate the functionality of the adapter across various scenarios.
5) Prepare detailed documentation on the installation, configuration, and usage of the GraphQL adapter, including examples and troubleshooting tips.
6) Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and incorporate feedback.
