Any coding based (may be python) railway (IRCTC) ticket availability checking system.

I am looking for a coder to develop a railway ticket availability checking system. The project should ideally be completed in less than 1 week.

Specific features required:
- Customizable filters to search for tickets on specific train routes, no login required
- It shall search seat in all classes available in that train
- check the same in all available trains on the routes and based on seats available with any train any class send those details in a tabular form to either on whatsapp or on email or text message.
-The above program should automatically run at a given time like 9AM or so.
- if possible i want to check the availablity for few more days.

Preferred programming language: Open to suggestions

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Python or any other suggested programming language
- Experience with web scraping and data extraction from IRCTC website
- Knowledge of ticket booking systems and APIs
