Any Hybrid ML model to improve supervised classification accuracy

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a Hybrid ML model to improve the accuracy of multi-class classification. The primary focus of the ML model is multi-class classification. The model will be trained using structured data. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python and should be comfortable using machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn and pandas. Additionally, experience with neural networks and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow is a plus. The project requires a freelancer who is highly skilled in ML algorithms and is capable of delivering a robust solution within a given timeline.
