Anti-cheating Video Analysis

We need to develop a video analysis python component for cheating detection. The algorithm will analyze webcam videos of people completing online forms. The python script will detect suspicious patterns of cheating in videos. For example (not limited to):
- Keep the gaze out of the laptop screen
- More people in front of the laptop
- Talking to other people
- Looking phone
- Other pattern that could achieve the cheating detection
We need the python script for building the models (if any machine learning or deep learning would be needed), and the python script that make the detection. The output (frame of the video labeled) needs to be show in a console, in the video output, or write in a flat file. TensorFlow 2.x is a must.
