Angular & Python/Flask Developer

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build an Angular web application with a Python/Flask API backend, integrated with MongoDB.
This project is meant to update project documentation by taking audio and image files, create vectors and build a chatbot. A user can manage the project, process sessions to create vectors so that chatbot can use.
Hierarchy:
organization
- projects
- sessions
- artifacts (audio and images)
- scalar (combined audio and images; one at each session)
Features
1. User can sign up using email and password (must verify from email) or Google Login
2. Login
2. Change password, forgot password
3. Add user
4. Create project, edit and delete project
5. Add, remove or edit another user on his/her project
6. Process a session
a. audio to text
b. image to text - prompt is key here
c. merge both texts (we call scalar) - prompt is key to merge
7. Edit a scalar in the session and submit for vectorization
8. Submit will create vector of the scalar
9. Chatbot is a javascript widget - the api behind works with vectors for a given project (projectId is the key)
10. chatbot will work with vectors and give useful answers
Work to be done:
a. Web application
- improve UI (basic is developed)
- integrate API
b. Testing of the web application and APIs
c. Improve prompts to get good results
d. Chatbot widget testing
e. Improve website (landing page) to find good images and icons
I would prefer someone with good skills in Cline, Cursor.ai or similar AI-based code editors.
