Analysis of Machine Learning Algorithms on Time Evolving Data

I need to create a datastream from a static attack data and create scenarios when data (benign data) is throughout. Attacks should come in incremental, abrupt, gradual.
Platform : Python (Jupyter notebook, Data Visualization, Model Running)
